I picked up my Marlin XLR in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Skiatook. I used to like higher power scopes as in 4x12 - 4.5x14 on the Marlin XLR. My favorite rifle is everything made by Marlin.
I got my Marlin 260 Rem at the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Skiatook. There is a new edition of my new Marlin XLR with the blond walnut chambered in 7mm Dakota and 260 Rem.
One issue is that adding a blond walnut stock does increase the weight of the Marlin. My all-time favorite rifle is the Marlin XLR I got at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Skiatook. My mom got her 260 Rem online at Cabelas.
