The best hunting trip was for pronghorn antelope in Wyoming, but my favorite trip was fishing in Alaska. I got my Savage 270 Weatherby magnum last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Ackerman. I like the the 7 mm Magnum best for deer hunting. My grandfather bought it at a pawn shop in Fayetteville, N.C with an extra 270 Weatherby magnum barrel.
The best all around caliber I own is probably the 270 Weatherby magnum from Bass Pro Shops in Ackerman. I ordered my Savage 16FHSS in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Ackerman, Maine.
