I bought the rifle at the auction for the estate of Parker Espinal who was once the postmaster in Meredosia. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 9.3 x 62 from Bass Pro Shops in Meredosia.
The best shooting caliber for groundhogs out to 300-400 yards is anything in a 9.3 x 62. There is a new edition of my new Sako 75 Hunter with the English walnut chambered in 300 Win Mag and 9.3 x 62. My all-time favorite hunt is the Spring Gobbler Hunt in Meredosia. My favorite caliber has been a 9.3 x 62, and it still is.
My friend (Parker) said his favorite caliber is the 9.3 x 62 he got at a NWTF banquet last season. My most favorite rifle is everything made by Sako. I got my Sako in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Meredosia, Colorado.
