One drawback is that it cannot fire as fast as the 6 mm BR. I got my Model 77 in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Wathena. Our favorite rifle is the 6 mm BR I picked up online at the NRA store.
I will always remember my favorite hunt was the last one i went on with my Model 77 6 mm BR over around Wathena. I got my Ruger 6 mm BR at the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Wathena. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 6 mm BR from Bass Pro Shops in Wathena. My dad got his rifle at our range over in Wathena which is a high-dollar place to buy a Ruger but I believe in supporting the places in Illinois you do business with. I like Ruger lever guns.
